These general conditions regulate the use of the Internet website “www.livingthisbikelife.com” (the “Website”) that Weekend Project, SL (hereinafter referred to as “LTB”) makes available to you as a user (the ” User”). The use of the website implies full acceptance by the user of all the general conditions of use of the website in force at each time the user accesses it, so if the user does not agree with any of the conditions established here, you must not use this website. LTB reserves the right to modify at any time these general conditions of use of the website as well as any other general or specific conditions, regulations of use, instructions or warnings that may be applicable. Likewise, LTB reserves the right to suspend, interrupt or stop operating the website at any time.

 

1. OBJECT

Through the website, LTB provides users access to various content, information and data (the “Content”) made available to users by LTB or third party service providers and content. LTB reserves the right to modify at any time the presentation (including the “look-and-feel”), configuration and location of the website, as well as the contents and the conditions required to use them. Within the aforementioned content there is an area of restricted access to previously registered users (the “Registered Users”), whose access and use is subject to the conditions set forth in section 3 of this document.

3. RESTRICTED AREA OF ACCESS

LTB reserves the right to freely accept or reject the registration request of any User. The data entered by the users in the registration form must be exact, current and true at all times, and will be processed by LTB in the manner indicated in the personal data protection policy. Once the registration form has been received, LTB will assign a unique personal password for each registered user. From that moment, the registered user may access the restricted access area and use the contents in the manner provided in these general conditions of use of the website.

Registered users shall be responsible at all times for the custody of their access code, assuming consequently any damages that may arise from their improper use, as well as the assignment, disclosure or loss of the same. 4. INDUSTRIAL AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The user acknowledges and accepts that all rights of industrial and intellectual property over the contents and / or any other elements inserted in the website (including without limitation, trademarks, logos, trade names, texts, images, graphics, designs, sounds, databases, software, flowcharts, presentation, “look-and-feel”, audio and video), belong to LTB and / or third parties. LTB reserves the right to exercise as many actions as are available in law to demand the liabilities arising from the breach of any of the provisions of these general conditions of use of the website by a user.

 

8. PARTIAL NULLITY

The declaration of any of these general conditions as null, invalid or ineffective will not affect the validity or effectiveness of the rest, which will remain binding between the parties. The waiver by any of the parties to demand at any given moment the fulfillment of any of the general conditions stipulated herein shall not imply a general waiver of compliance with another condition or conditions, nor shall it create a right acquired for the other party.

 

9. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The provision of the website service and these general conditions of use of the website are governed by Spanish law. To the extent permitted by law, the parties, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Barcelona.
